Do to the great response, we will also have additional vehicle registration, at this time. So if you know anyone that did not get to sign up before, here is their chance. For those unable to attend Friday night, Check-in/Registration will start at 8:00am on Sunday, at George Ranch High School. All vehicles must be checked in and in their spot by 9:30am.

ARRIVAL: All vehicles are to enter through the main entrance at the light on FM 762, directly in front of George Ranch High School. Police, security, car marshalls, and parking attendants will all be on site to direct you to your parking area. If you have alteady pre-registered, please make sure to have your Parking Pass in your window PRIOR to your arrival to help attendants direct you, accordingly. The sign labeled EXOTIC LOT is for all low clearance vehicles. The MAIN LOT sign is for all other show cars. Attendants will direct you on where to park. You will not be able to reserve spots, so if there is another vehicle that you would like to be next to, please arrive at the same time.

DEPARTURE: No vehicles will be allowed to leave until 4:00pm and pedestrian traffic has been cleared. Car Marshalls, security, and parking attendants will, once again, be on hand to help everyone get out as safely and quickly as possible. Please make sure that your entire area has been cleaned completely, before leaving; this includes the area around your car and any grassy areas that were used.

HOSPITALITY TENT: Along with each vehicle registration, you will receive ONE wristband that will allow you access to our Hospitality tent. Only the 1st 200 registered participants will receive bands. Several wonderful restaurants have all pitched in to provide some great food, for the day. Sponsors include: Buffalo Wild Wings, Chilis, El Vaquero, Firehouse Subs, Fish Place, Olive Garden, Pier 36, Starbucks, Sugar Creek Country Club, and Texas Roadhouse. We understand that most of you are probably not coming alone, however, since all of the food has been donated by participating vendors, we are only able to provide 1 band for each vehicle registered. We hope everyone enjoys lunch and trust that no one will take food out of the tent to others that are not registered. Gourmet food trucks will be available for everyone else to enjoy. Everyone is encouraged to purchase food from any of these delicious vendors, as a portion of their sales will be donated to the GRHS band. A sample menu of the trucks, is attached. Drinks will be provided in the hospitality tent; however, Reading Junior High will also have concession stands on-site. Proceeds from these concession stands are directly donated to the respective schools, so feel free to purchase beverages and snacks from them, as well.

REMINDER: NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED. Anyone found consuming alcohol on school grounds will be asked to leave.

PERSONAL TENTS: Personal tents will be allowed ONLY in designated grassy areas surrounding the parking lot. We encourage you to bring stakes to anchor your tent, as some days it tends to get rather windy. For this reason, NO tents will be allowed to be placed in the parking lot, itself. Chairs, however, are welcome. In order to accommodate all of our participants, we do ask that you be considerate of your neighbor and remain in your designated area. GRHS is not responsible for any damage to any vehicles caused by unsecured tents, chairs, vehicles left unattended, or otherwise.
